1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of our website at christwish.shop and the purchase of products from us. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Our Products

We have taken care to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearances may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any product listed on our website at any time without notice.

4. Ordering & Contract Formation

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the relevant products. A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email confirming that your order has been accepted and is being processed.

We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion, for example where a product is out of stock, where we are unable to verify your payment, or where we have reason to believe an order is fraudulent. If we decline your order after payment has been taken, we will issue a full refund promptly.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is processed securely at checkout. We accept the payment methods displayed on our website at the time of purchase. We do not store your payment card details.

6. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for full details.

Title and risk in the products pass to you upon delivery.

7. Your Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason (the "Cancellation Period").

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us clearly within the Cancellation Period by contacting us at support@christwish.shop. You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

Where you exercise your cancellation right, we will refund the price of the goods and the standard outbound delivery charge (if applicable). We may deduct from the refund any reduction in the value of the goods if this is the result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Return postage costs for change-of-mind cancellations are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise.

8. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these Terms. If goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or not as ordered, please contact us at support@christwish.shop and we will resolve the matter in accordance with your statutory rights and our Refund & Returns Policy.

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to MarketPen Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or otherwise use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with any order or use of our website shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant products. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental loss.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical or other error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that product and issue a full refund.
